Getting Started
Creating Your Account

Sign up for a free account to start tracking your finances. No credit card is required. Your data is private, secure and only accessible by you.

  1. Go to the Home page and click Get Started — It's Free.
  2. Fill in your name, email address and a password, then click Register.
  3. Check your email for a confirmation message and click the link to verify your account.
  4. Log in and you will be taken through the short Setup Wizard to configure your profile and first wallet.
  5. Once the wizard is complete you will land on your Dashboard — you are ready to go.
Adding Your First Wallet

A wallet represents a bank account, mobile money account or cash fund. Every transaction you record must be linked to a wallet. Set your opening balance so your current balance is accurate from day one.

  1. From the Dashboard click My Wallets or go to Tools → Wallets.
  2. Click + Add Wallet.
  3. Enter a name (e.g. "MTN MoMo"), choose your currency and enter the opening balance — the amount currently in that account.
  4. Click Save. The wallet appears in your list with the correct current balance.
  5. Repeat for each bank account, mobile money or cash fund you want to track.
  6. Note: Free plan allows 1 wallet. Upgrade to Personal or higher for more.
Recording Your First Transaction

Transactions are the core of the system. Record every money in (income) and money out (expense) to keep your balance accurate and your reports meaningful.

  1. Click + Add Transaction from the Dashboard or go to Tools → Transactions.
  2. Select the type: Income or Expense.
  3. Enter the amount.
  4. Select the wallet the money moved in or out of.
  5. Choose a category (e.g. Food & Groceries, Sales / Revenue). You can create a new category directly from the dropdown if needed.
  6. Set the date, add an optional description and note.
  7. Attach a receipt image if you have one (JPG, PNG, PDF up to 5MB).
  8. Click Save. The wallet balance updates automatically.
Setting Your Country & Currency

Your account settings control your default currency and the country used to show you the right pricing automatically — no need to manually switch between GHS and USD.

  1. Go to your profile menu → Account Settings.
  2. Under Profile Settings, use the searchable Country dropdown to select where you're based.
  3. Set your Default Currency from the common list, or click Search other currencies… for the full list of world currencies.
  4. Click Save Settings. Once your country is confirmed, pricing on the Upgrade page is resolved automatically — you won't see a manual GHS/USD toggle unless the site owner has enabled it.
  5. If your account was created before this feature and your currency is GHS, you may see a one-time banner asking you to confirm your country is Ghana — a single click sets it.
Wallets
Adding & Editing a Wallet

A wallet represents anywhere you actually hold money — a cash box, a bank account, a mobile money line. Every transaction belongs to exactly one wallet, and its balance is always calculated from that wallet's transaction history, never entered by hand.

  1. Go to Tools → Wallets and click + New Wallet.
  2. Give it a name, pick its currency, and enter an opening balance if it already holds money.
  3. To edit a wallet later, click the pencil icon on its row — the name, currency, and opening balance can all be changed, but the current balance itself always reflects opening balance plus every transaction and transfer since, so it can't be edited directly.
Deleting a Wallet

A wallet can only be deleted once it has no transaction history — this protects your records from ever losing a wallet's activity by accident.

  1. Click the delete icon on the wallet's row.
  2. If it still has any transactions recorded against it, the delete is blocked — move or remove those transactions first (or simply stop using the wallet going forward instead of deleting it).
  3. An empty wallet with no transaction history deletes immediately.
Transactions
Managing Categories

Categories let you group your transactions so you can see where your money is coming from and going to. You can use the built-in categories or create your own at any time — even while adding a transaction.

  1. Go to Tools → Categories to see all your income, expense and inventory categories.
  2. Click + Add Income or + Add Expense to create a new one.
  3. Give it a name, choose an icon and colour, then save.
  4. Alternatively, when adding a transaction open the category dropdown and type a name that does not yet exist — a Create New Category button will appear at the bottom of the dropdown. Click it to create and select in one step.
  5. To edit or delete a category click the pencil or trash icon next to it. Note: system default categories cannot be deleted.
Filtering & Searching Transactions

Use the filter bar on the Transactions page to quickly find what you are looking for by type, wallet, category or date range.

  1. Go to Tools → Transactions.
  2. Use the Type dropdown to show only Income, Expense or Transfers.
  3. Use the Wallet dropdown to narrow down to a specific account.
  4. Use the Category dropdown to filter by category.
  5. Set a From and To date to limit the date range.
  6. Click Filter to apply. Click Clear to reset all filters.
Transferring Funds Between Wallets

Moving your own money between wallets — e.g. withdrawing from a bank account to cash — isn't income or expense, so it has its own Transfer Funds flow that keeps your reports accurate.

  1. Go to Tools → Wallets and click Transfer Funds (needs at least 2 wallets).
  2. Choose the From and To wallets, the amount, and optionally a date and note.
  3. If the two wallets use different currencies, an Exchange Rate field appears — enter the rate you actually received and a live preview shows the converted amount.
  4. Add an optional Transfer Fee (e.g. a MoMo or bank withdrawal charge) — this is recorded separately as a Bank Charges expense so it still shows correctly in your reports.
  5. Click Transfer Funds. Both wallet balances update immediately, and the transfer shows in your transaction list as a blue "⇄ Transfer" entry rather than income or expense.
  6. Deleting either side of a transfer removes both linked entries together — there is no way to end up with only half a transfer.
Contacts
Adding a Client or Supplier

Contacts represent the clients you invoice and the suppliers you owe. They're used throughout invoices, bills, and reporting.

  1. Go to Tools → Contacts and click + Add Contact.
  2. Enter a name and choose the type: Client or Supplier.
  3. Add an email, phone and address if you have them — these appear on invoices/bills and are used for emailing.
  4. Click Save. You can also create a new contact directly from the dropdown while creating an invoice or bill, without leaving the form.
Viewing a Customer/Supplier Profile

See a full picture of one client or supplier — every invoice or bill raised against them, how much has actually been paid, and what's still outstanding.

  1. Go to Tools → Contacts.
  2. Click the receipt icon next to a contact's name to open their profile.
  3. For a client, you'll see every invoice raised against them with its status (including Partially Paid) and the actual payment transactions recorded — for a supplier, the same but with bills.
  4. The summary cards at the top show Total Invoiced/Billed, Total Paid, and Outstanding balance across all of their documents.
  5. Click any invoice or bill number to jump straight to that document.
Invoices Business+
Creating an Invoice

Create professional invoices for your clients with line items, tax, discounts and your business branding. Invoices are auto-numbered and can be downloaded as PDF.

  1. Go to Tools → Invoices and click + New Invoice.
  2. Select a client from the dropdown. If the client does not exist yet, click Add New Contact directly from the dropdown to create one without leaving the form.
  3. Set the issue date, due date and currency.
  4. Add line items — description, quantity and unit price. Click + Add Row for more items.
  5. Apply a tax rate (%) and/or a discount (GHS) if needed.
  6. Select an Income Category and the default wallet for when the invoice is paid.
  7. Add notes and terms & conditions (both visible to the client on the PDF).
  8. Click Save Invoice. The invoice is saved as Draft.
Sending an Invoice by Email

Send a beautifully formatted invoice directly to your client's email address with one click. The client receives a branded HTML email with all invoice details.

  1. Open the invoice you want to send.
  2. Click Email to Client.
  3. Confirm the recipient email address (pulled from the contact record).
  4. Click Send. The invoice status changes to Sent automatically.
  5. Requires: Email settings configured in admin Options → Platform Settings, and the client contact must have an email address.
Recording a Payment (Full or Partial)

When a client pays — in full or in installments — record the payment. Each payment creates an income transaction in your chosen wallet and links it to the invoice. The invoice tracks how much has been paid and what is still outstanding.

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. In the Record Payment panel, select the wallet the payment was received into and the Income Category.
  3. The Amount field is pre-filled with the full outstanding balance — reduce it to record a partial payment instead.
  4. Optionally add a note (e.g. "First installment").
  5. Click Confirm Payment.
  6. If the amount covers the full outstanding balance, the invoice status becomes Paid. If not, it becomes Partially Paid, showing how much has been paid and what remains — repeat the process for the next installment.
  7. Note: once any payment has been recorded, the invoice can no longer be edited (its totals are what the payments are measured against). It can still be deleted if needed — deleting reverses every linked payment and restores any inventory stock.
Downloading a Payment Receipt

Once an invoice is marked as paid, you can download a formal payment receipt as a PDF — useful for your records or to send to the client as proof of payment.

  1. Open a paid invoice.
  2. Click the green Download Receipt button at the top.
  3. A PDF receipt is downloaded with the receipt number, payment date, client details, line items and a PAID stamp.
Bills Business+
Creating a Bill

Bills represent money you owe to suppliers. Record purchase bills to track your payables, receive goods into inventory and record payment when you pay the supplier.

  1. Go to Tools → Bills and click + New Bill.
  2. Select a supplier from the dropdown. Create a new one on the spot if needed.
  3. Set the bill date, due date and currency.
  4. Add line items — link them to inventory products if applicable.
  5. Apply tax and discount if needed.
  6. Click Create Bill. The bill is saved as Draft.
Receiving Goods (Step 1)

Mark a bill as Received when the goods arrive. This updates your inventory stock levels automatically and moves the bill to Step 2 — paying the supplier.

  1. Open the bill.
  2. Click Mark as Received.
  3. Stock quantities for linked inventory products increase automatically.
  4. The bill status changes to Received. Now proceed to pay the supplier.
Paying a Bill — Full or Partial (Step 2)

Once goods are received, record payment to the supplier — in full or in installments. Each payment creates an expense transaction. The bill is only cleared from your payables once it is fully paid.

  1. Open a Received (or Partially Paid) bill.
  2. Select the wallet to pay from and the Expense Category.
  3. The Amount to pay field defaults to the full outstanding balance — reduce it for a partial payment.
  4. Click Confirm Payment.
  5. If the amount covers what is still owed, the bill moves to Paid. Otherwise it becomes Partially Paid — repeat for the remaining balance.
  6. Note: once any payment has been recorded, the bill can no longer be edited. It can still be deleted — this reverses every linked payment and any stock changes.
Budgets
Setting Monthly Budgets

Set a spending limit for each expense category each month. The budget page shows how much you have spent versus your limit so you can stay on track.

  1. Go to Tools → Budgets.
  2. Use the month selector at the top right to choose the month.
  3. Enter an amount next to each category you want to limit. Leave it at 0.00 to skip that category.
  4. Click Save Budgets for [Month].
  5. The page now shows the budget, amount spent and remaining for each category.
  6. Tip: Enter 0 to remove a budget for a category.
Budget Alert Emails

The system automatically sends you an email alert when you have reached 80% or more of any budget category for the current month.

  1. Budget alerts run automatically via the scheduled task Budget Alert Emails.
  2. No setup is needed — alerts are sent to your registered email address.
  3. The email lists every category that has reached 80% or above of its monthly budget.
Projects Personal+
Creating a Project

Track income and expenses for a specific job, contract, or initiative separately from your general books — useful for freelance gigs, contract work, or anything with its own budget to watch.

  1. Go to Tools → Projects and click + New Project.
  2. Enter a name and, optionally, a budget, start/end dates, and a wallet.
  3. Set the status: Planning, Active, On Hold, Completed, or Cancelled.
  4. Save — the project now appears on your Projects list with a live budget-vs-spend bar.
Assigning Transactions to a Project

Only transactions explicitly linked to a project count toward its spend — this keeps a project's numbers accurate even if it shares a wallet with your other income and expenses.

  1. Open the project and use Assign Transactions to pick from your existing unlinked transactions.
  2. Going forward you can also select a project directly on the transaction form when recording a new one.
  3. Any invoices linked to the project show up on its page too, so you can see billing alongside spend.
Employees & Payroll Business+
Adding an Employee

Each employee record holds their salary, pay frequency, and which wallet they're normally paid from — this pre-fills their row every time you run payroll, so you're not re-entering the same numbers each cycle.

  1. Go to Tools → Employees and click + New Employee.
  2. Enter their name, position, and salary amount, and choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pay.
  3. Optionally set a default wallet and expense category — otherwise payments fall under the "Staff / Payroll" category automatically.
  4. Optionally upload a photo — if you skip this, a coloured initials avatar (e.g. "SE" for Samuel Essien) is shown instead, so every employee still looks distinct throughout the app.
  5. Set their status to Active, Inactive, or Terminated — only Active employees appear when you run payroll.
Running Payroll

One screen, one submit: every active employee is pre-filled with their set salary, tick who's actually being paid this cycle, adjust anything that's different this time, and save. One expense transaction is created per employee, for the net amount (gross + allowances − deductions).

  1. Go to Tools → Payroll.
  2. Set the pay period, the run date (when the money actually moved), and which wallet is paying.
  3. Untick anyone not being paid this run, and adjust their gross amount, allowances, or deductions if this cycle is different from their usual salary.
  4. Click Run Payroll — each ticked employee gets their own linked expense transaction for the net amount, and the run is saved to your Payroll History for reference.
About Allowances & Deductions

Both are plain manual amounts, not automatic calculations — you enter whatever you've already worked out (e.g. a transport allowance, or SSNIT/PAYE/salary advance deductions), and only the resulting net amount gets recorded and paid.

  1. Allowances add to gross pay (e.g. transport, housing, or a one-off bonus for this run) — Net = Gross + Allowances − Deductions.
  2. There's no built-in SSNIT/PAYE formula for deductions — statutory rates change periodically, and this keeps the app from ever quietly giving you a wrong compliance number.
  3. Work out each employee's allowance or deduction yourself (or with your accountant) and enter the total for that run.
  4. Gross, Allowances, and Deductions are all kept on record per run, so you can always see the full breakdown even though only the net was actually paid out.
Payslips — Download & Email

Every employee paid in a run gets their own payslip — a PDF breakdown of gross pay, allowances, deductions, and net pay — available both from that Payroll Run's page and from the employee's own profile.

  1. Click the PDF icon next to any paid employee to download their payslip.
  2. Click the envelope icon to email it directly to the employee (attached as a PDF) — this needs an email address on their profile, and only appears if your admin has turned on Enable Email to Employee Button in Options.
  3. Emailing runs in the background on its own page and shows a live Sending → Sent/Error status, the same way emailing an invoice to a client does.
Inventory Business+
Adding a Product

Add products to your catalogue with cost price, selling price, SKU and stock level. The system tracks margins, stock value and movements automatically.

  1. Go to Tools → Inventory and click + Add Product.
  2. Enter the product name, SKU (optional), and category.
  3. Set the cost price (what you paid) and selling price (what you charge).
  4. Set the opening stock quantity.
  5. Optionally upload a product image.
  6. Click Save Product.
Manual Stock Adjustments

Record manual stock increases (purchases, returns) or decreases (damage, loss, corrections) directly from the inventory list at any time.

  1. Go to Tools → Inventory.
  2. Click the green icon on any product row.
  3. Select Stock In (increase) or Stock Out (decrease).
  4. Enter the quantity, date and an optional reason/note.
  5. Click Record Movement. The stock count updates immediately.
  6. Click View Recent History to see the last 15 movements for that product.
Inventory Tracking Page

The Inventory Tracking page shows a full audit trail of every stock movement — manual adjustments, purchases from bills, and sales from invoices — all in one filterable view.

  1. Go to Tools → Inventory and click Inventory Tracking.
  2. Use the filters to narrow by product, movement type, or date range.
  3. The table shows the date, product, movement type, reference (Invoice/Bill number), note, quantity change and running stock-after balance.
  4. Movement types include: Purchase / Stock In, Sale / Stock Out, Manual Adjustment, and Returns.
MoMo Agent Business+
Recording Cash-In, Cash-Out & Send

Track your mobile money float separately from your other wallets — cash on hand and e-cash balance move in opposite directions on every transaction, and Send earns you a commission.

  1. Go to Tools → MoMo Agent and click + New Transaction.
  2. Choose the type: Cash-In (customer gives you cash, you credit their e-cash — free, no fee), Cash-Out (customer withdraws e-cash as cash from you), or Send (customer gives you cash plus your fee, you send e-cash to someone else's number).
  3. Enter the amount — and your fee if it's a Send.
  4. Save the transaction.
Tap-to-Dial USSD Prompts

If you complete the actual mobile money transaction on your phone, MoMo Agent Mode can show your network's USSD shortcode as a one-tap dial link right after you save. You still complete the transaction yourself on your phone — the app just saves you re-typing the code.

  1. Go to your account menu → Settings → Trading & Agent Preferences.
  2. Record Only just logs the transaction — pick this if you use a computer, not a phone, to run MoMo.
  3. Record and Prompt shows a tap-to-dial button for your network's USSD code after saving — pick this if you use a smartphone.
Opening Float & Closing Reconciliation

Your opening cash and e-cash float carry forward automatically from yesterday's closing — only adjust them if you added or withdrew float that morning. At day's end, count your physical cash and compare it against what the system expects.

  1. Adjust Opening Cash / Opening E-Cash only if you topped up or withdrew float this morning.
  2. At day's end, enter what you physically counted under Closing Cash (Counted).
  3. The page shows the system-expected cash based on today's transactions — a mismatch flags a shortage or overage to investigate the same day.
Forex Trading Business+
Confirming Today's Buy/Sell Rate

Before you can record any Forex transaction for a currency, confirm that day's buy and sell rate at least once — this locks in the numbers used for profit calculations and pre-filling the rate on new transactions.

  1. Go to Tools → Forex Trading.
  2. If today's rate isn't confirmed yet, you'll see a prompt at the top — enter the Buy Rate and Sell Rate (GHS per 1,000 units of the foreign currency).
  3. Click Confirm Rates. Rates carry forward from the previous day as a starting point, but always double-check before confirming.
  4. You can click Change later the same day if the rate needs correcting.
Recording a Buy or Sell

Buy: a customer gives you foreign currency, you pay them Cedis. Sell: a customer gives you Cedis, you pay them foreign currency. Profit comes from buying low and selling high.

  1. From the Forex Trading dashboard, click + New Transaction.
  2. Pick the foreign currency and toggle Buy or Sell.
  3. The day's confirmed rate pre-fills automatically — adjust it only if this specific trade was done at a different rate.
  4. Enter the foreign currency amount; the GHS amount calculates automatically (fine-tune it if the actual cash exchanged was slightly different).
  5. Optionally attach the transaction to a customer, then save.
Trading More Than One Currency

If you only deal in one foreign currency day to day, the default Single Currency mode keeps things simple. If you juggle several (NGN, USD, EUR, GBP...), switch to Multiple Currencies for an overview across all of them plus one screen to confirm every rate at once.

  1. Go to your account menu → Settings → Trading & Agent Preferences and choose Multiple Currencies — or use the "Switch to Multi-Currency" button right on the Forex Trading dashboard.
  2. You'll land on the Forex Trading Overview — one card per currency showing stock on hand, today's profit, and whether that currency's rate is confirmed yet.
  3. Use Confirm Today's Rates to set every currency's buy/sell rate on one screen instead of switching currencies one at a time.
  4. That same screen is also where you add a currency you've started trading, or drop one you no longer deal in — untick it and save.
  5. Click into any currency's card to reach its own detailed dashboard and transaction history.
Organisations Team
Creating an Organisation

Create a shared workspace that your team can collaborate on. All records created in the org workspace are visible to all members based on their permission level.

  1. Go to Tools → Organisations and click + New Organisation.
  2. Enter the organisation name.
  3. Click Save. You are automatically the Owner.
Inviting Members

Invite colleagues to your organisation by email. They will receive an invitation link and can join with their existing account or create a new one.

  1. Open your organisation's page.
  2. In the Invite a Member panel, enter their email address and optionally their name.
  3. Click Send Invitation.
  4. They receive an email with an accept link. Once accepted they appear as Active members.
  5. Pending invites show in the Pending Invites counter until accepted.
Member Permissions

Control what each member can do in the shared workspace. Permissions can be configured at the admin level to enable or disable specific levels.

  1. View Only — member can see all data but cannot create, edit or delete anything.
  2. Can Create — member can add new records but cannot edit or delete existing ones.
  3. Can Edit — member can create, edit and update records but cannot delete.
  4. Full Access — the Owner automatically has full access to everything.
  5. To change a member's permission, open the organisation page and use the dropdown next to their name.
Switching Between Workspaces

Easily switch between your personal workspace and any organisation workspace you belong to. All pages show which workspace is active.

  1. On the Dashboard, look for the workspace switcher dropdown in the welcome banner.
  2. Click it and select either your personal workspace or an organisation.
  3. All data shown on every page automatically switches to the selected workspace.
  4. A green badge with the org name appears on every page to remind you which workspace is active.
Recurring Transactions Personal+
Creating a Recurring Rule

Set up rules for income or expenses that repeat on a schedule — monthly salary, office rent, subscriptions, internet bills and more. The system creates the transactions automatically.

  1. Go to Tools → Recurring and click + New Rule.
  2. Enter a description (e.g. "Office Rent", "MTN Subscription").
  3. Select the type: Expense or Income.
  4. Enter the amount and select the frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
  5. Select the wallet and optionally a category.
  6. Set the start date — the first transaction will be created on this date.
  7. Click Create Rule.
  8. The scheduled task Process Recurring Transactions runs daily and creates transactions automatically on their due dates.
Reports & Analytics
Monthly Financial Summary

The Reports page gives you a full financial picture for any month — total income, total expenses, net position, income by category, expenses by category, and a 12-month trend chart.

  1. Go to Tools → Reports.
  2. Use the month selector at the top right to choose any month.
  3. The page loads your income, expenses, net position, category breakdowns and the 12-month net position chart.
  4. Scroll down to see the All Transactions table for the selected month.
  5. Click Export → CSV to download the transaction list as a spreadsheet.
Inventory Report

The Reports page also includes an Inventory section showing stock levels, cost value, selling value, margins and low-stock alerts for all your products.

  1. Go to Tools → Reports.
  2. Scroll down to the Inventory Summary section.
  3. The table shows each product with current stock, cost price, selling price, stock value (cost) and stock value (sell).
  4. Products below their reorder point are highlighted in orange.
  5. Click Export → Inventory CSV to download the inventory report.
Achievements
Your Daily App Streak

A simple streak that counts consecutive days you've opened the app — like a habit tracker. It only rewards showing up, so a genuinely quiet business day never breaks it in a punishing way; skipping a day resets it, but there's no penalty tied to how much (or little) you logged.

  1. Your current streak shows as a "⚡ N" pill on the Dashboard, next to Add Transaction.
  2. Click it, or go to your profile menu → Achievements, to see your current and best-ever streak.
  3. The streak increases by one each day you visit, as long as you visited the day before too.
Badges

A small set of badges tied to real milestones in actually running your business through the app — not just how often you open it.

  1. Go to your profile menu → Achievements to see all badges — earned ones in full colour with the date earned, locked ones greyed out with a padlock.
  2. Badges include things like creating your first wallet, recording your first sale, setting your first budget, logging 100 transactions, adding contacts, exporting a report, creating projects, starting an organisation, and upgrading to a paid plan.
  3. Badges are checked automatically right after the relevant action — no need to do anything special to unlock one.
Account Settings
Business Info, Currency & Date Format

Your base currency and date format apply across the whole app — reports, dashboards, and every amount you see. Changing your currency here doesn't convert any existing amounts, it just changes how new figures are labelled going forward.

  1. Go to your account menu → Settings.
  2. Update your business name, country, base currency, and preferred date format (day/month/year or month/day/year).
  3. Click Save at the bottom of that card.
Email Notifications

Choose which automatic emails the app sends you — each one can be switched on or off independently.

  1. Budget Alerts: notified when a category reaches 80% and 100% of its monthly budget.
  2. Overdue Invoice Reminders: automatically emails the client when one of your invoices becomes overdue.
  3. Plan Expiry Warnings: a heads-up 7 days and 1 day before your paid plan expires.
  4. Weekly Summary: a snapshot of income vs expenses every Monday.
  5. Toggle whichever you want, then click Save Notification Preferences.
MoMo Agent & Forex Trading Mode

These two toggles control how the MoMo Agent and Forex Trading tools behave day to day — see the MoMo Agent and Forex Trading sections above for what each mode actually looks like once picked.

  1. Found in Settings under Trading & Agent Preferences — its own card with its own Save button, separate from Email Notifications.
  2. MoMo Agent Mode: Record Only if you use a computer, or Record and Prompt for a tap-to-dial USSD button if you use a smartphone.
  3. Forex Trading Mode: Single Currency for the simple one-at-a-time dashboard, or Multiple Currencies for the Overview and Bulk Rate Confirm screens.
  4. Both modes can also be switched with one click right from the MoMo Agent / Forex Trading dashboards themselves, without coming back to Settings.
Deleting Your Account

This is permanent and cannot be undone — every wallet, category, transaction, and budget you have is erased along with the account.

  1. Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom.
  2. Click Delete My Account and confirm.
  3. There is no recovery once this is done — export anything you need first (PDF/Excel export is available from Transactions and other list pages).
Plans & Billing
Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade from Free to Personal, Business or Team to unlock more features and higher limits. Payment is processed securely via Paystack using card, mobile money or bank transfer.

  1. Click Manage Plans → Upgrade Plan in the navigation.
  2. Choose the plan that fits your needs.
  3. Select a billing period — 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer periods give a percentage discount.
  4. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon box and click Apply.
  5. Click Pay — Upgrade and complete the Paystack payment.
  6. Your plan activates immediately after successful payment.
Using a Coupon / Voucher

Coupons give you a discount on a specific plan. Each coupon is locked to one plan and can only be used a limited number of times per user.

  1. Go to the Upgrade page.
  2. Select the plan the coupon is for — the coupon will only apply to the matching plan.
  3. Enter your coupon code in the Coupon Code box and click Apply.
  4. If the coupon is valid, a green confirmation shows the discount amount.
  5. The Pay button updates to reflect the discounted total.
  6. Complete payment normally via Paystack.
